HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER:
Monogram orders take 1-2 weeks to receive. You can expect a tracking email from floto.com within 2 business days of your purchase. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days please email us at customerservice@floto.com and we will track your order for you.

RETURNS:
Please send your item to the address below within 60 days of receipt and we will credit your account within 4-7 days of receipt.
