To our Cenzo customers and family,

First, I hope that you and your family are physically and emotionally well from the COVID-19 virus.  In this unprecedented time the economic effects of this epidemic are rapidly evolving. At Cenzo we are committed to maintaining service to our customers while prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees.
 
I'm pleased to share that at this time there are no major disruptions to our company.  We are taking every precaution on safety and cleanliness with everything we ship to protect our team and remain open.  Our customer service center also remains open and we are available with any questions you have via email or phone.  
 
Pre-Orders – if you ordered something that is out of stock please anticipate delays.  If you are on the backorder list for something and need to cancel because of the timing please contact us so we can help you.
 
Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend our warranty / repair shop operation.  We hope to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
